Illegal content or services, fraud, infringement, harassment, child exploitation, malware, ransomware, phishing, botnets, stolen credentials, unauthorised scanning or access, exploitation, credential stuffing, spoofing, DDoS, open relays, control bypass, tenant interference and unapproved crypto-mining are prohibited.
Bulk messages require a lawful basis, accurate sender identity and working opt-out. Spam and unlawful lists are prohibited. AI must not be used for fraud, unlawful discrimination, malicious deception, unauthorised surveillance or high-risk decisions without required safeguards and human oversight. Customers are responsible for lawful inputs and outputs use.
